Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship your order in 24-hours. Please allow up to ten business days for delivery of most in-stock items. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. You will be notified promptly of any delay. Ground and 2 Day Air service are shipped via UPS. Shipments made to PO boxes will be sent via Parcel Post at the ground rates.

Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it is damaged during shipping, please notify Customer Service immediately and we will handle claims with the shipping company. Your order will be replaced or refunded as you prefer. Trimorphos may require the shipment be returned at our expense, therefore retain the package until instructed by Trimorphos.
